GATEWAY ENGINEERS OUTGROWS THEIR BUTLER OFFICE, SIGNS LONG-TERM LEASE FOR NEW LOCATION

BUTLER, PA, December 19, 2019 – The Gateway Engineers, Inc. (Gateway), a full-service civil engineering firm, announced the opening of its new Butler office location. Located at 122 West Brady Street, the new building allows Gateway Engineers to expand their local workforce while remaining committed to the region.

An increase in clients, projects, and overall employee headcount made for crowded quarters at their old South Main Street location. Gateway wanted to find a new building in the city of Butler where they could expand. When Gateway Engineers learned of the purchase of the old Friedman's Freshmarket location by Butler residents Jacquelyn and Joe Gray, the firm signed a 12-year lease to secure the building.

"When Gateway acquired Gray-Warnick in 2004, it was to enhance our relationship with regional clients and grow our business. As we approach 2020, we hope the new building allows us to continue to expand our footprint in Butler."

The new 8,800 square foot space boasts sit/stand workstations, desk assignments by personality type, healthy food options, and a still and sparkling water fountain. The new conference rooms are equipped with advanced technology, dry-erase wall paint, and additional amenities to provide comfort for clients and employees alike.
