This information is denoted “Employment Application Information.”
GATEWAY’S USE AND RETENTION OF EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION INFORMATION
The information you submit on your employment application will normally be reviewed by authorized Gateway employees such as its human resources personnel and hiring managers. Gateway reserves the right to verify information you submit in connection with your employment application. Gateway also reserves the right to disclose the information you submit on your employment application as it may determine to be appropriate to its outside consultants (such as but not limited to its legal counsel) or as it may determine to be appropriate in any legal, administrative, or regulatory matter. We will retain the information you submit on your employment application for as long as required to comply with legal requirements. Typically, we retain employment applications for one year at a minimum. However, if the vacancy for which you are applying is filled, you should not assume that we will refer to your application for any vacancies other than the one(s) for which you specifically apply. If another vacancy opens, you should submit an application for that vacancy, and you should regularly check for vacancies if you are interested in employment at Gateway.
