Gateway Engineers Joins WQED’s Design Lives Here Program

Gateway Engineers was proud to be a part of WQED Multimedia’s Design Lives Here spring event. Design Lives Here is a semester-long engineering initiative that equips teachers and students to participate in engineering activities within their school or afterschool program. Design Lives Here activities are inspired by the popular PBS KIDS program and website, Design Squad Nation.

During the event’s HUB time, students were tasked by Gateway to work together to design their very own parks.

Gateway is proud to support initiatives like this to highlight the importance of STEM education and careers to children.
