Baylee K. Schwab

Project Manager
When I was in my freshman year engineering seminar at Penn State, my professor would tell personal stories about his experience in the civil engineering field, and I decided to look more into what the career had to offer. It made a profound impact on me and directed me onto the civil engineering path, and I never looked back.

I started as an Engineering Assistant at Gateway in June, 2017, right after graduation and achieved the role of Project Manger in October, 2021. I work in a majority of our market segments with a large portion of my work focused within real estate development and energy projects. Within those market sectors, I concentrate on stormwater design and local/state permitting associated with each project.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends, going to the gym, listening to podcasts, and taking walks with my Berne doodle, Callie.
