Joseph A. Santorine

Project Manager
A natural builder from a young age, I transitioned from creative play to professional engineering following a formative experience at Bucknell University’s first Engineering Camp. The program highlighted how Civil Engineering serves as the backbone of society, offering a direct way to improve local infrastructure. This mission continues to drive my work today, as I strive to deliver projects that provide a clear, positive impact on the communities we serve.

As a dedicated Project Manager specializing in the municipal sector, I oversee a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and community-driven projects. My expertise spans sanitary and storm sewer rehabilitation, pavement management, annual road paving programs, and parks and recreation design. By fostering strong relationships with local communities, I help enhance the infrastructure and amenities that improve residents' quality of life. With a robust background in construction administration and inspection, I also manage the design and construction of land development projects.

When I am not working, I can be found golfing, skiing, reading, defeating Pittsburgh trivia masters, enjoying the views from PNC Park (I am not talking about the baseball), enjoying a good cocktail, and traveling the world.
