I joined Gateway as in-house General Counsel in October 2023 after working with Gateway for over 25 years, and serving on Gateway's Board of Directors for over a decade. Prior to joining Gateway, I was managing shareholder of Rothman Gordon, P.C.

My law practice focused on corporate law and advising business organizations across all facets of business. At Gateway, I help direct finance and tax strategy and manage employment matters, contractual negotiations, regulatory compliance and any litigation that involves the company.

In my spare time, I enjoy grilling for my family, cheering on the Fighting Irish, walking my Great Pyrenees (Xena), and fishing with the boys I grew up with in Carrick.
