Parkway Center Office Complex The Parkway Center Complex is in close proximity to Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh International Airport and Robinson Towne Center. Located near major roads such as the Parkway and I-79, surveying for the complex, which is located in both Green Tree Borough and the City of Pittsburgh, was needed for two separate developments and two different clients. The Rubenstein Company needed survey work related to the sale of 10 office buildings to individual buyers. The Gateway Engineers, Inc. completed parking stall counts, parking stall easement plans, total site ALTA Survey and ALTA Surveys for the individual buildings. The second site survey was prepared at the request of Kossman Development Company. In this instance, an ALTA Survey with Topography of 50 acres of property, located between the existing Parkway Center Complex and Parkway West Roadway, was completed for a potential office complex development.
